Manufacturing software and line automation, delivered as one system.
We build the software layer that runs a plant — MES/MOM, quality, IIoT data collection — and the automation layer underneath it: PLC and RFID integration, andon systems, line-side hardware and non-standard machine design. One team, from blueprint to commissioning.
Two disciplines that usually arrive from two vendors.
Software houses rarely touch the line; automation integrators rarely own the data model. We work on both sides, which is why the interfaces between them stop being a project risk.
Production management software
Plan dispatch, execution, work instructions, process quality and traceability for a whole plant or a single workshop. Configured per customer process rather than forced into a fixed template.
- MES / MOM
- QMS
- Andon
- Reporting
- Mobile
IIoT & data acquisition
Collect from PLCs, robots, tightening tools, torque controllers and sensors; normalise, store and publish. Built to survive a shop floor — reconnect, buffer, backfill.
- Modbus
- OPC UA
- S7
- EtherNet/IP
- MQTT
- REST
Line-side hardware & traceability
RFID reading for body and assembly tracking, AVI queues on plant monitors, andon call points and broadcast, work-instruction terminals, label and document printing at station level.
- HF / UHF RFID
- AVI / PMC
- Andon
- Label print
Non-standard machine design
Process planning and cycle-time calculation, 3D and 2D mechanical design, machining and pneumatic BOMs, robot selection and offline simulation before anything is cut.
- Layout
- Cycle time
- 3D / 2D
- Simulation
Line retrofit & integration
Engine assembly and casting lines, PACK lines for new-energy programmes, robot cells and control-cabinet integration — retrofitted into running production with staged cut-over.
- Engine
- Casting
- PACK line
- Robot cell
Deployed per workshop, because each one fails differently.
Stamping, body, paint and assembly have different data models and different bottlenecks. We scope and deploy each area separately, then join them through one plant-level data layer.
Four layers, one namespace for plant data.
Devices are addressed once and reused by every application above them. Adding a machine does not mean rebuilding a report.

How a project actually runs.
A steering committee sets direction; a project office owns scope, risk and schedule; engineers on site own the commissioning. Nothing is "done" until the customer has signed the acceptance test, not the demo.
Discovery
Process walk-through, data audit, constraint list, target definition.
Blueprint
Functional scope, interface contracts, hardware list, schedule and staging plan.
Build
Software configuration and development, cabinet build, mechanical design, simulation.
Commissioning
On-site integration, cut-over windows, operator training, UAT with punch list.
Handover
Documentation, knowledge transfer, warranty and ongoing support scope.
Tell us what the line is doing wrong. We will tell you what it takes to fix it.
Send a short description of the plant, the workshops involved and the constraint you are hitting. If it is outside what we do, we will say so rather than take the project.
